Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sanaz Mohajerani, doing business as FutureWhisper ("we", "us") about using FutureWhisper. By creating an account, or by replying to an invitation to record, you agree to them.
Early access: FutureWhisper is in early access. Features, prices, and limits may change, and the service may have interruptions.
What FutureWhisper is
FutureWhisper lets an account holder invite loved ones to record voice messages through WhatsApp, stores those recordings, and delivers them to a chosen person on a chosen day.
Who can use it
You must be an adult to hold an account or to record. Account holders must give accurate information and keep their login secure. A child can hear a message only when a parent plays it for them.
Recorders
Recording is always your choice. Before any recording begins, we ask for your consent in a WhatsApp message, and continuing to record means you accept. A recorder is never charged and never needs an account. By recording, you understand that the account holder who invited you owns the recording, that it may be delivered to others, and that we cannot take back a message that has been delivered.
Account holders
If you invite someone to record, you confirm that you know them and have their agreement to be contacted, and that you will use their recordings only to keep and deliver their messages to the people they were meant for. Do not use FutureWhisper to harass, pressure, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
Messages and delivery
- Every message is heard inside FutureWhisper. We do not offer downloads. Playback uses short-lived links.
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver each message on its date, but we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time. Outages, incorrect contact details, or events outside our control may cause delays.
- Delivery by email depends on the email address you enter being correct.
Free messages and subscriptions
Every account includes three free messages: three questions sent and three answers received. Sending more, and scheduling messages for a future date, requires a subscription. Subscriptions have a three-month minimum term. Prices and billing details are shown before you pay. If a subscription ends, what stays available and what is paused is explained on the cancel screen and in the delivery email.
Your content
You keep your rights in what you record. You give us permission to store, back up, process, and play recordings, and to send them to the people the account holder chooses, solely so that we can run FutureWhisper. We do not use recordings for anything else.
What you may not do
Do not use FutureWhisper for anything illegal, to upload or send harmful or abusive content, to record someone who has not agreed, to try to break or overload the service, or to copy or resell it.
Ending your account
You can stop using FutureWhisper at any time and can ask us to delete your information (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
No guarantees, and limits on our responsibility
FutureWhisper is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a change that matters, we will post it here and update the date. Continuing to use FutureWhisper means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
